Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, absolutely. At Vegatex, we take our product photography very seriously to ensure what you see is what you get. However, please note that there might be a very slight difference in color due to lighting during photography or the display settings of your device.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is confirmed, we will send a digital invoice to your email or via SMS. Additionally, a printed copy of the sales receipt will be included inside your delivery package for your records.

How can I return an item?

If you find any issues with the product (e.g., damaged or wrong item), please contact our customer support hotline or Facebook page within 3 days of receiving the delivery.

Important: To claim a return or exchange, we highly recommend making an unboxing video when you open the package. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We try our best to restock popular items as quickly as possible. If a product you want is out of stock, please stay tuned to our Facebook and Instagram pages for updates. You can also message us directly to ask about the availability of specific items.

Where can I ship my order?

We deliver all across Bangladesh! Whether you are inside Dhaka or in a remote area, we will ship your order right to your doorstep via our trusted courier partners (like Pathao, Steadfast, or RedX).

Delivery Time: Usually 2-3 days inside Dhaka and 3-5 days outside Dhaka.
